This four lesson training provides foundational knowledge and interpersonal skill sets for managing diversity and promoting inclusion. It is appropriate for application in the workplace, educational settings and as personal development.

This is a four lesson introductory course of study for learning academic writing and research. This is a study program that gives you the skills to write academic essays in a higher education setting. 

In this four lesson course of study, the student learns how to research and write an argument essay using a cause and effect logic. It offers in-depth guidance to writing the thesis statement, structuring content, managing narrative flow and developing the logical argument with the use of researched evidence. It provides skills for finding and using information sources as secondary research, how to do in-text citations and detailed referencing.  By completing the introductory lessons and the intermediate lessons, the student receives a solid grounding for writing and researching a range of academic research essay. These skills can be applied to most academic assignments for research papers that require the use of secondary sources.

The Advanced Level of Academic Writing and Research provides instruction in how to prepare and write the research Capstone Paper. This undergraduate research project and paper is often a graduation requirement for the Bachelor's Degree. The study lessons provide critical thinking skills and concepts for doing an undergraduate primary research study with the approach that could be qualitative, quantitative or mixed methodology. The lessons cover the essential stages of the research development and design for the primary research. It instructs in how to write and integrate the research report sections of structure and content that include the literature review, methodology, data collection and analysis. It also provides resources for the different possible required reference styles. 

This study program of four lessons provides foundational knowledge in the use of numbers for quantifying events using basic mathematical skills.

This is a four lesson course of study offering foundational knowledge to support the management of the traditional media and the digital, computer-based and internet connected media. 

This is an introductory course of study for public speaking and presentation skills. It provides foundation knowledge in preparing an informative speech and in delivering the speech to an audience. Students prepare and present four short speeches of increasing complexity. Lessons develop skills in confidence and management of speech anxiety. 

This is an introductory course of study in the field of journalism and practice of news writing. It covers fundamental knowledge of the field of journalism and provides the basics for writing a hard news story. Its approach is for print or digital news and based on the democratic traditions of news coverage. 

As a more advanced level from the introductory level, these four lessons focus on the journalistic area of soft news and human interest stories. The study provides the developing news writing student with an expanding knowledge base for news research, flexibility for writing in different soft news genres and generating different types of story structures for soft news content.   

For the advanced level, the focus of these study lessons is the feature news story. The course provides instruction in how to plan the story, do in-depth research and conduct interviews. How to write the lead, how to structure the story and format it, and how to manage the writing style of the informational content are covered.  The lessons also include how to format feature content for other print and non-print media such as the digital platforms and broadcast.
