Dr. Andrew Kerr
International Education Coordinator and Leadership Trainer
Dr. Kerr has over 20 years of education and leadership related work throughout North America, Australia, the Pacific Islands, and Asia. This has included workforce development, leadership improvement, change management, instructional design, and corporate training & educational training. An area of expertise is educational anthropology with a focus on cultural, social and linguistic dimensions of education. Ms. Javed brings to UniDale more than 15 years global experience with a focus on the Middle East and Asia as a corporate trainer & developer, university careers manager and career coach. She holds two masters degrees, one in education with a specialization in coaching & mentoring, the other in English literature. Her bachelors degree is in counseling psychology and she is certified as a professional careers coach. She has expertise in developing & conducting soft skills programs and employee engagement initiatives for a wide range of organizations in the private and public sectors including aviation, banking, IT, telecom, hospitality, FMCG, retail, education and healthcare. Dr. Lucyann Kerry
Managing Director
Dr. Kerry has over twenty years experience in higher education, distance learning and media management. She has served on faculty and as an administrator both in the USA and in other countries. Most recently she has been on faculty as a professor at the American University of Armenia, Xiamen University of Malaysia and Middlesex University of Dubai. She holds a masters degree from the Cinema School of the University of Southern California and a PhD from Exeter University, UK.
