Diversity Training – Level 1
Diversity is difference between people. These may be gender-based, cultural, racial or ethnic, and could also include socioeconomic, geographic characteristics as well as a range of different beliefs and life experiences. This four lesson training provides foundational knowledge and interpersonal skill sets for managing diversity and promoting inclusion. It is appropriate for application in the workplace, educational settings and as personal development.
Hospitality and Customer Service – Level 1
This is a four lesson study program in hospitality and guest services to provide an understanding and basic skills set. These skills may be applied to work in a broad range of areas that include restaurants, hotels, casinos, amusement parks, events, cruises, entertainment, and other tourism-related services.
